A long video? How is this posible! XD Well, i guess i found my muse really well. I did a somehow elaborate story for this one, hope you like it :)
Story: The demon Tempus is trying to destroy the Charmed ones by creating a time loop until they die. The Doctor detects something weird is going on on the time line and goes to investigate. The Tardis appears in an alternate universe in front of Phoebe. Prue doesn't want to trust him so the Doctor decides to go back to the Tardis and try to find out what's happening and why he met those girls. Meanwhile, Phoebe, Piper and Prue get attacked by a demon and Phoebe dies. The Doctor finds out that those girls are witches but he comes back too late. Tempus resets the day, no one remebers anything but this time Phoebe has a vision of a man (the Doctor) dying. Time repeats itself and the Doctor appears in front of Phoebe, she recognizes him. The Doctor now knows that they might be in a time loop and talks to the Charmed ones. The demon appears again and Phoebe and Piper die, but this time the Doctor was able to keep his memories and he finds the real source Tempus, he had never seen someone who could manipulate time like that. He knew the only way to defeat Tempus was to keep the Charmed ones safe and he realizes that in the original time someone has to die. The day is repeating again and this time the demon fails to kill them but he hits the Doctor instead. Piper, Phoebe and Prue defeat Tempus and the demon but the Doctor disappears. They think the Doctor is dead. Some years later Piper is trapped in time and someone appears.. "Hello, Im the Doctor" the man said and Piper couldn't believe it.
Notes: After disappearing, the Doctor actually returned to his original time with no memories of the Charmed ones but they remember him. At the end of the video is implied that the Doctor finds Piper but he doesn't recognize her (that's why he introduces himself).
Im quite proud of this one actually :]

I'm so obsessed with this crossover you have no idea. I just can't stop thinking what the Doctor would think about Olivia and her ability to cross between worlds.
So basically in the video I try to show his relationship with her. I imagine that the Doctor knew about Olivia since she was a little girl and he just kept an eye on her to make sure she was ok. One day of course the Doctor finds out that she's in trouble and goes to help her, but it's more complicated than he thought.
