This video was inspired by my three kids, my love of Buddhism and my love of silliness!

To do the video, I started with the Heart Sutra, as sung by Thich Nhat Hahn's group at Plum Village. I edited the song and added a reggae beat. Then, I shot the fruit singing and various other pieces. I added some time lapse and slow motion video from YouTube. Once it was edited together, the toughest part was making the fruit blink. It wasn't hard to do, but it was very time consuming. (less info)
