I'm afraid I disagree with you on healthcare.
I live in the UK, and under the NHS I recieve swift top-notch healhcare, free at the point of use. I feel that the current US healthcare ethic is morally flawed, and that bringing capitalism INTO healthcare is the opposite of what needs to be done. I also feel that the representation of the NHS in the American media is scandalous - such hateful lies about rationing and "death panels." The NHS is a HUGELY popular institution, and few Britons would see it gone.
I don't presume to tell America how to reform it's healthcare system, only inform you that socialised medicine is nothing to be afraid of.

Its time we focus on ourselves and not other nations! Stop spreading freedom and liberty and instead allow others to live under evil regimes, its not our problem. Also, end the fed, screw our currency.
