That's the problem!People think that pop has to be brain dead but it's people that are brain dead and that's why popular music has been dumbed down so bad,remember who's been on the pop charts from Elvis to now,Yes has been on the pop charts as well as Rush and the Moody Blues and so has Ozzy,Metallica etc.etc.When you say pop I think you're referring to dance/electronica.Insomnium sounds like hey Avenged 7x did it so can we just like Bleeding through did but we'll be more trendy harmony rockers kinda like the White lion for the skinny jean and tattoo's genre.
