I had a similar model kenmore (GE) for about the same amount of time and didn't have any warning like the rest of you. My drum was in final spin and struck the rear tub and popped a fist size hole in the back tub. needless to say I ended up purchsing a new washer.

as far as miles it probably has a 1 in front of those 700,000+ miles and to MrMK94 those bars are corner markers to help the driver know where his front end is, mainly the right corner. Biker interior but hardly any chrome... unheardof. Stay Dirty Eric
