The compassionate & caring people from Raindance Farms rescued a 9 month old colt which had been abandoned by it's owners. The little colt was found lying in the snow in 30-below wind chills. He was suffering from dehydration, malnourishment, hypothermia and frostbite, and he was unable to stand due to poor circulation in his legs.

For 20 days Windchill was given food, water, warmth and a whole lot of tender care and love.

Sadly, the little colt peacefully passed away in his sleep on the 29th of February.
