On the above descriptions, Monica Vasconcelos is misspelled. There is no ç. We aro not Czechs, nor Turkeys. Before an e there can never be a ç (exclusively before an a, an o and an u).Got it? So please rectify it to "Monica Vasconcelos" and check if perchance her family name is not "Vasconcellos", which can be the case.
