Sorry dude, don't buy it. The Lightning has the WORST collision detector of all ships. It's freaking huge. You should've died at a couple of points. Flying Pancake may pull those tight dodging spaces, as it's basically a shooting dot. But no way in hell with Lightning, man. No way.

Some real facts:

1. He was wasting his bombs. No bombs necessary until the 3rd stage.

2. He was good at dodging bullets but became jumpy on bosses.

3. Average players usually died at stage 5 or 6.
