Been attending to a gym for 5 months now,and this is my favorite class! It helped me a lot with my arms and legs. This is great workout for those who don't like using the gym machines.

@Uyan I have been attending to a gym that offers this and other Les Mills classes for 5 months now,3 times a week, and I have lost 27 pounds so far without dieting! It works great for weight loss,I'm pretty much satisfied!

I really can't understand people... why would someone think that carbohydrates in a fruit is too much! We NEED carbs to survive!!! And a fruit,no matter how much carb it has,will still have a better kind of carb than any industrialized product. Our body can absorb and methabolize them much easier...
