There's little truth in politics. Most politicians say things to make you feel good to get your vote, but when it comes to actually doing good and having their words be true, the proof says otherwise. That's sort of like the con artist preacher who tickles our ears with a watered-down message. I stick to preaching the truth about God no matter how many people dislike it. Jesus said, "If you abide (remain, continue, to last, endure) in My word, you are My disciples (learners, pupils) indeed. And you shall know the truth (what is true in things pertaining to God and the duties of man), and the truth shall make you free (set at liberty from the dominion of sin)." (John 8:31,32) Hallelujah!
