About this user

I started belly dancing in 35 years. Before that age, I did not like physical activity and do nothing. I must admit that I was lazy and I did not like moving. I'm much more fond of lying on the couch and watch TV. Now I never watch TV. I've been throwing out my TV:)
For what this channel is here? To ensure that you have seen how completely lazy person could change beyond recognition and how to move those who did not love life movement. I really hope that my example will be for you a good example and encourage you to move, because moving is life.
And do not compare me with the stars of belly dance, which are engaged in dance since childhood. They are accustomed since childhood to have physical activity and they have plenty of practice.
I often say that I am not a professional and I'm a fan of belly dancing. Nevertheless, I have permanent physical exercise and training in belly dancing already for four years. Therefore, I think I already do not belong to the fans;)
Previously, many many years, I've always dreamed of dancing and that I dance. But now I do not dream of dancing. Now I'm dancing.
