RURAL WAR ROOM is a duo, Donavan Suitt and Byron Werner. The pair record unconventional pop songs, sound collage experiments, hypnosis tracks and everything in between.
RURAL WAR ROOM has two CD releases and one DVD release with different versions of the music videos produced for the group's debut album and follow-up EP.
The video posted here are music video feedback experiments. Intended images are often manipulated to create new images or ghost images, enhancing the psychedelic feel of RWR music videos. The larger the screen, the more abstract the images become to form new images normally unseen by the eye.
The sights and sounds produced by the world's first cyber band RURAL WAR ROOM are sometimes referred to as Culture Jamming, Guerrilla Communication, Primitive Turntablism, MashUp, IECM (Intelligent Electronic Collage Music), CAV (Conceptual A/V Performance)

RWR is currently making a documentary on Elton and Betty with Jerry Colburn and Elton White.
