It's an extremely dramatic choice by Von Trier - Tristan und Isolde's 'Liebestod' theme (there is no chord in this piece of music that is resolved in a harmonic scheme) for a movie about a wedding that is doomed to defeat from the outset. I love this music, and I must see this movie.

I hadn't seen this recording since the concert was broadcast live on TV and I spent my Easter Monday watching it as a 13-year-old. I am a big Tori Amos fan, and I love both the Armand van Helden and the Timo Maas remixes, even though I am not a clubber at all (not out of principle, I am just a nerd I guess). I find this a very intriguing way of using existing material for new creations, and it makes excellent dance music!

I love it! It's poetic, well-balanced, honest and complete.

I play this video every once in a while, because I like the hermetic idea behind it. I love the Philip Glass-like effect of the music. And Powergozer, your voice really sounds like a mixture of Huub van der Lubbe and Thé Lau. Interesting modulations here and there.
