Nice try, but every document I run the "Optimize Scan" function on it breaks the background up into many pieces, even if the background is a solid color.
When you run OCR it looks for letters and turns them into fonts. That is what OCR does and it's why you see fonts listed when you OCR the document in Acrobat. However the original document was not ran through an OCR program as some claim or there would be fonts in the document. There are not.
