My name Robert C. Dupree, I am a African American man, 48 years old, a citizen both of the united states of America, and the state of Missouri with Civil and Constitutional Rights, which we all as American citizen have. However, I have been in a continuously racial discrimination battle with and against General Mills here in Kansas City, Missouri for years because the Company intentionally lied and deprived me of my employment after been employed with General Mills for twenty + years alleging I was terminated for poor job performance. The ugly truth is my termination was the result of racial retaliation, discrimination and wrongful termination. After retaining in attorney the case was settled out of court, only to find out after all was said, done, and finalized General Mills like in many other situation lied and manipulated the settlement making it a product of fraud, and deceit. Meaning General Mills, used my attorney Jeffery A. Sutton who at the time was attorney of record for the Barnett & Jamison Law Firm Charter, to deceive me into signing a settlement of full release freeing General Mills from been liable for damages and pentive damages which the attorney stated and shown in a written document that penitive damages was well in the Millions. The settlement amount was a product of fraud and deceit based on Teresa Lucious 2000 taxs wages without my knowledge of $ 35,371.09 I have also discovered that the attorney intentionally refuse to talk to all my witnesses who strongly susported my claim against General Mills allowing racism to go on which management was well aware of and refused to correct it he only talked to two witness, after stating earilyer in writing that we can not leave NO witnesses out. My Civil and Constitutional Rights were violated then, and it is still been violated now. General Mills need to be held accountable. However, Teresa Lucious a young Cascasian lady who was my strongest witness, testified against General Mills in 2000 and against other racist employees with in sworn affidavit at The Department Of Human Relations that I Robert Dupree was harassed, and terminated because of my race (Black) again Teresa Lucious testified this time on audio tape with her full consent here in 2009 that General Mills, is retaliating against her because she testified against the company for allowing racism to go on at their plant years ago, by allowed here in 2009 certain employees to harass, sexually harass, and physically jump on her, one of the employee that harassed her was a Union steward, despite her continuing complaining even filed EEOC charges Teresa Lucious, stated that the plant manager hang out with them that harasses her at some bar. Teresa Lucious worked in the milling department as a grinder the highest paid job in the milling department for seven years with good job performance, General Mills told Teresa Lucious do to her continuing complaining of been harassed, she had to leave the milling department from the highest paid job as a grinder to the lowest paid job in the elevator department as a sweeper, and if she refuse to take the company offer, she was informed by management that her employment will be terminated. However, General Mills terminated her employment March 2, 2009. Teresa Lucious worked for General Mills twelve years. Contact Robert C. Dupree at rdjr1960@yahoo.com or (816) 332-5293

As a person, to lived a life that is always pleasing first of all, unto the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. To continue always being a good law abiding citizen, to our neighbor and Community. To further my education, and have some day my own business, that I may be able to help out and contribute more in my Community. As a citizen both of the United States of America, and the State of Missouri, that my Civil and Constitutional Rights (stop) been abridge and denied, privileges or immunities that citizens of the United States have rights to; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Which is in violation of my 14th amendment rights, and in many other violations of my rights that is protected by the laws, that we all as citizens have regardless of gender. However, that is why my fight against General Mills, and racism will continue, because General Mills had been for years successfully manipulated my rights, even got the Union not to represent my rights and the rights of some other blacks, my Civil and Constitutional Rights, cause of actions, my equal protection of the law, right to be heard in our Court before a Jury, General Mills even got my farmer attorney not to represent my rights, not to talk to all my witness, he only talked to two witness despite there were many who were more then willing to testify against the practice of racism that was condoned my management, and cause of actions, despite the fact that attorney Jeffery A. Sutton, and the Burnett & Jamison Law Firm clearly seen from the undeniable evidence, that racial discrimination was practice and condoned my management, and admitted, in the (Amended Complaint) that Jordan who was at the time a Milling Department supervisor, discriminated against (me the plaintiff ) based upon his race, by treating him differently in similarly situation of Caucasian employees under Jordan's supervision and by using derogative statements, which were racial in nature and intended to castigate plaintiff to a subservient role. Also admitting when plaintiff object to this disparate treatment by lodging grievances with the Union that represented the employees of General Mills, the first of which was filed in June 1995, Plaintiff became the target of a campaign of retaliation by Jordan. Said retaliation took the form of failing to promote plaintiff, depriving plaintiff of salary increases, stripping plaintiff of his work responsibilities fabricating or unjustifiably magnifying circumstances involving plaintiff which resulted in baseless disciplinary action being taken against plaintiff, and otherwise undermining plaintiff's ability to perform his job. However, attorney Jeffery A. Sutton also admitted, plaintiff complained to Jordan and other supervisors, as well as Union officials, concerning the treatment he was receiving from Jordan. He advised them that the genesis of this treatment was racial motivated and then, a result of the grievances that had been filed. In spite of these complaints Jordan's conduct worsened. Supervisor Jordan, made hostile threats against plaintiff,( indicating that plaintiff could file all the grievances he wanted!!! it would do you no good and that he ( supervisor Jordan) would ''get'' plaintiff no matter what it took. General Mills used my farmer attorney Jeffery A. Sutton and the Burnett & Jamison Law Firm to settle my racial discrimination, wrongful retaliatory, and termination out of court making to settlement of full release a product of fraud and deceit, involving criminal activity ( see part 10, and 11 ) and much much more. Please take time to view all twenty eight video's, I sure you will see my equal Civil Rights were intentionally violated, manipulated and denied. And why the battle been going on for years. Please leave your comments and tell others to do the same.
