Was hier gezeigt wird hat absolut NICHTS mit braten zu tun. In wenig Flüssigkeit garen nennt man dünsten. Gedünstet wird generell nur Gemüse. Dünstet man Fleisch läuft dabei der komplette Bratensaft, sprich der Geschmack, des Fleisches aus und es wird trocken.
Außerdem sehe ich den sinn nicht auf...
