@Sk8FalIen I never ran it in this configuration. A few months after this video was taken the engine seized up and I got a rebuilt with Comp 262 cams put in and it went to a new owner after it was fixed. I believe he ran high 13s at 103 mph. It should of ran a little quicker with more practice.

@BillzHearse No I didnt have a supercharger. I originally wanted VT stage stage 2 cams but they were out of stock and VT recommended the Crowers. They were on the car for 80,000 miles until the engine seized. Im not sure if the cams had anything to do with it. With the new engine and smaller co...

@BillzHearse they are more rectangle shaped. The original 2 chamber 40 series. Not the super 40s. I'm not too sure if they make them anymore. I will answer every question but the car went to a new owner on Sunday and I got a nice 93 Cobra clone in return.

@tbraneff Crower stage 2 Blower cams at the time of this video. The engine seized up 75,000 miles after I had them installed. I got a rebuilt engine and had Comp 262 cams put in. shortly after that I got a 99 Cobra.

@bladingpro Thank you. I ordered it online from Saleen. I have since sold it because it was rubbing the top of the rear fenders.

@nightfire1800 Get some long tubes on there and it may be possible. Try getting the plenum and 75mm throttle body too. That may squeeze out a little more power. I have most bolt ons except a mass air meter. If I got long tubes I would expect about 10-15 RWHP best case so that would bring me too ...

@nightfire1800 In this video its Crower stage 2 cams with stock heads. I have since replaced the engine with a rebuilt one with Comp 262 Cams and stock heads and make 273RWHP and 296RWTQ

its tight around the top of the fenders. Once it was on there it was there to stay. I never wanted to open my trunk because it was down to bare metal where it rubbed, I couldnt even look at it. I think Saleen puts padding on to avoid that. The car looks a little silly because I had to take the Co...

@Hollowman110886 Yes its a Saleen wing but I sold it. It looked good but it rubbed the rear quarters so bad I had to have both of them repainted. I had the holes in the trunk filled and had that repainted too. Its wingless now.

@JerkVegas86 I picked up a 500 mile rebuild for $1700. I'm going to swap over the cams and bolt ons. A new clutch and new valvesprings are going in while its apart.

Did you happen to get footage of the 2 late models sliding on the wall and when one of the drivers threw something at one of the cars? The tour type modified feature was crazy, it was like John DiBurro race at star.

We were there for this race, I have never seen anything like it. 24 cars started 9 finished if I'm correct. The final few laps were great though.

Nice job filming. My girlfriend and I are down to the left a little after the start/finish line. She has a white shirt on and I have the blue wife beater on. The car count seems to be getting better every week. I'm counting down the days until the Star Classic!

Sounds good. Very well done. I'm running a similar setup minus the heads. Does your H-pipe throw a check engine light even though its catted? I have to swap to my stock mid pipe every year for emissions. I run a O/R H-pipe and even If I put my Bassani Catted X-pipe which I'm not a fan of the soun...
