'NegerKatten'? Doesn't that mean 'The Nigger Cat'? Are you racist?

A:
No.. I am in no way racist. And no.. 'Negerkatten' does not mean 'the nigger cat'.. it means what it says.
'neger' and 'nigger' is not the same word at all. 'Nigger' is an american slang word that was used as an offence towards black people in the US. We don't have an offensive slang word for black people like that in Denmark.
Neger is directly translated to 'negro'.. which is the spanish word for 'black'. Neger = Negro = Niger = black. (Niger is a country in Africa)
History has formed that beautiful word into something bad.. which is a pitty. Now we are supposed to call 'black people' for 'black'.. even though 'neger' or 'negro' is just the old - correct - spanish and latin word for black people. Back in the day.. 'Black' was more offensive.. and 'negro' was the correct and polite term.
Even Martin Luther King referred to his race as 'negroes' in his famous 'I Have A Dream' speech..
Today.. I would never refer to a black person as a 'negro' or 'neger'.. because I know it would offend him/her.
But I did call my black cat 'negerkatten' because it simply was black..

What kind of setup are you using for Rock Band?

A:
I use a Roland TD-9KX (AKA TD-9SX) electronic drum kit + an extra CY-8 crash cymbal. All of this is hooked up to the Madcatz Midi Pro Adapter so it works in Rock Band.

Q:
How much does one of those TD-9 drum kit's cost?

A:
A new TD-9KX drum kit will usually be somewhere around $2500.

Where did you buy all this?`

A:
I have no idea why anyone would have any interest in that but:
TD-9 drum kit was bought in a big instrument/music store in Manchester (UK).
Pedal, extra crash, sticks etc. was bought in a local instrument shop in Odense, Denmark called 'Aage'..
I would recommend Ebay or Craigslist if you want to find it cheaper.

What kind of pedal are you using?

A:
A standard big beat pedal.. it sucks.. don't buy it

Q:
What kind of drum sticks do you use?

A:
it varies.. sometimes I use a pair of Ahead 5B drumsticks..
sometimes a pair of Vic Firth (SJDN Jack DeJohnette)
But most of the time when I play rock band you will see me use some old cheap crap...

Do you play real drums too?

A:
Define 'real' drums. I play drums without a tv screen infront of me too...

What kind of console do you use?

A:
XBOX360
