Interesting video. I also received KVZK 2 Pago Pago American Samoa via DX at the same time from my place at Mt Waverley Vic AUS, east of Melbourne. The programme being shown at the time was NFL Football. It was by far the strongest reception that I ever saw KVZK 2 from here in Melbourne.

This video was actually made in 1905 (not 1906). If you compare with similar scenes taken just after the earthquake, you will notice that the Market Street cable trams have all been converted to electric, This could not have been done in just a few days.
