How is repression in Russia regarding grafitti?

Suis aussi tombé une fois sur un reportage ou des irakiens, ou afghans désolé j'ai un doute (je sais pourtant que ça aurait permis de mieux dater le témoignage) parlent de gens dans des bus coupés en morceaux, tous les passagers, nets propres et precis, le bus intacte.
