RDA is my sign on name. I have some younger friends who call met ;Uncle Darrell &;. To my family I'm just Darrell, to most everyone I work with I'm RD.
Speaking of work, I don't do much of it now-a-days, because I've finally reached retirement age. I worked for National Distributors Leasing, a trucking firm whom I've been with for 12 years, after 30 plus years in public work as a business manager.

I have a wonderful and beautiful wife named Roberta who I have been married to for 47 yrs, we have 3 grown children. From the oldest to the youngest: Darrell Jr., Jaye Dee and Roberta Lynn. I also have 4 grandchildren: Dakota Len who is Darrell Jr's, Jayden Dawn who is Jaye's, also Cooper Lee who is Jaye's and Dalton Jacob who belongs to Lynn.

My wife and I have both lived in the southern Indiana area all of our lives. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We do like visiting other parts of the great USA, but have no desire to travel abroad, not at this stage in our lives. I've already been there and done that, quite a lot.

I haven't mentioned that I'm 68 years old (April 08)and Roberta is 65 and as pretty as the day I first met her. She has been my perfect mate and I'm always telling her that my only regret is, that I have but one life to live with her. She is the best wife and the best mother the world has seen. If you don't believe me, just ask my kids. (@) wink.
