Lumpen bigots in Scotland and the north of Ireland are plumbing new depths with their vile filth: their "tradition" is sectarian racist hatred. They are wretches, defined by who and what they hate. They attatch themselves to Glasgow Rangers, have ties to neo-nazis (large numbers use the nazi salute in their stadium as they sing their muck). Their latest target is a 17 year-old Hamilton footballer. Nothing and no-one is off limits as they spew their bile. No sewer too deep. No swamp too black.

WolfeTone (a lawyer), Robert Emmet ( doctor), Henry Joy McCracken ( teacher), Charles Stewart Parnell ( land-owner, Member of the British Parliament) John Mitchell and many others all fought for Irish freedom. None of whom were Catholic. Nor am I.

Raised Church of Ireland by parents who leant towards socialism & republicanism, our home was petrol bombed by loyalist bigots and Paisleyite thugs. The cause of Irish freedom is a just cause opposed only by the most backward who pollute with their hatred.

UNAPOLOGETIC supporter of the armed struggle in the north of Ireland and the right of all small or oppressed nations to freedom, through armed struggle if neccessary. The struggle for Irish Freedom continues and I support the Peace Process. However, I refuse to condemn Irish Republicans for their tactics or who oppose the GFA.
I stand behind the Palestinian people in their struggle against the illegal invasions and occupations of their land by the murderous, terrorist state of Israel - currently in breach of 150 UN Treaties and International Laws. Israel is an artificial creation and an abomination just like the 6 counties model in the north-east of Ireland.
The men and women of the Irish Republican Movement are heroes, their names known by even the most hate-filled, pathetic enemies of freedom and justice. The loyalist gangs of bigots can boast only of a few lunatics who are a laughing stock, exposed as thugs, pimps, drug dealers and whore masters.
The continuing partition of Ireland means the aims of Theobald WolfeTone through to Brendan Hughes are as valid today as they were in 1748 and 1980. The National Question remains unresolved. With global capitalism bankrupt a new struggle will begin in the future. The youth and the best elements of the proletariat must lead this fight. The struggle for Irish freedom and the struggle of Irish workers are one and the same. The cause of the Palestinians is just and right; and like Ireland, It is a class struggle, not simply a national one - for the cause of labour is Ireland's cause. I stand in the traditions of Connolly, Ta Power, Miriam Daly and the great Costello.
The Palestinians are under the heel of fascist Zionist led oppression, and the artificially created statelet of Israel is a menace to the whole world. I am with the peoples of all lands who are exploited, invaded and occupied - and their right to fight for their freedom.
