Life is short...if only I can spend more time with my family especially with my Mama and Papa in my homeland...but.... it takes more time to spend my life here in Japan. My husband has a plan to live in my country, I'm so very happy about it....... the only thing that bothers me is "When?"....I know it will come true.......soon.....I believe that God will provide....

Weight loss Challenge: Sept 8,2010

Most of you watch my videos of weight loss last 2007. I made a lot of progress and happy that I see results. But I stopped working out, got lazy again until I slowly re-gain the weight that I've lost. Then around 2008 of May I workout again and lose some weight, BUT, same old reason, I stopped and slowly re-gain again the weight I lost that it made me feel so damn frustrated, irritated, stressed, unconfident, insecure about the way I look. Since I always at home I feel like I'm not Fat at all, but when I dressed up jeans and shirts, gosh, that's the time I noticed and feel I'm overweight. As I have said before, I am so tired of wearing the same clothes over and over again. I have a lot of dress that I want to wear and lots of them were not been used yet .... So I am here again, ready to face the challenges. Will post my pictures of my before and after 2008 and recent progress when I reach Week 4.
