For me windows movie maker was to difficult to get it to play fast and could only go to 14 fps. It also stalled all the time :P so now I am working with sony vegas pro

Right now my lego usually averages around 10 fps :P but now that I have some better stuff (such as a program that will actually allow it to be played faster) I hope to raise that and perhaps even double it. For things such as claymation I hope to make it near 20 fps since I have seen that makes it really smooth ^_^
but for lego I may just stay around 15 for a while. :)
