Dude, Meta Knight's B and Side B CAN NEVER WEAKEN! They hit multiple times and deal 1% a hit. you can not get weaker than 1%. I haved the amount of times Mach Tornado spins( now only up to 13 times) and gave it more knockback so it's harder to connect with every hit exept in certain circum stanc...
