The comments I have read do not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about questrade. Using a low ball number per trade 4.95 and not stating that it's for 100 shares in somewhat misleading. There is enough bull shit advertising in the world without your contribution. I was considering you until I read these comments.

i keep getting my order rejected and in the notes says "the ECN specified is not supported" hope you guys can help me out. thanks

4.95$ yah but you can only do 100 shares with that price. If you do 1000 shares you will pay 10$. Also, their platform sucks. OptionsXpress or ScotiaiTrade are way better. Sorry Questrade...

I've been with Questrade for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say i've seen massive improvement over the years. Especially with customer service. I used to wait for hours to get help and half of them didn't know what they were doing. Now I have to say its always a quick and easy task. I never expected Questrade to teach me how to trade.. What I want is reliable and fast trade execution and low cost and my money protected and secure. Questrade is providing me with all that and much more. Hi five Edward ! Hehe

If anyone at Quest Trade that speaks english reads this.. Consider talking about the speed of trades and executions in your advertising.. Security? That goes without saying these days .. New traders will be lured to your site by the talk of FAST orders .. Use more reasurance in your ads. . Keep native english speakers on the help lines when it comes to trading problem. NO one wants to waste there time with a language barrier where money is being lost or at stake.. Get some decent learning tutorials. your competion has way better tutorial videos with the limits and options..selling buying all of it.. But over all Im happy with Quest Trade good customer service .

First of all Only half the video headers show so you half to open each one to see what they say.. They have videos showing people how to log into there accounts in super slow speach, then there suppose to figure out how to place VTSO orders on there own.. The one video a guy quickly rattles off stop limit buy limit and all that in a sixty second spiel . Good luck to those who needed to be told how to get around the platform...I had to go to the competitions tutorials to learn how to use all the limits....It only took two weeks to convince them of my mailing address to get my account open so I'm not about to sign up somewhere else just yet.. lol

Are there any videos dealing with the execution of options trades for Questrade. I subscribe to Questrade/Investview and the rules and platforms differ between the US and Canada and between Questrades platforms and Investviews.

They need to simplify the links and fix the interface because we all gotta face it everyday. Hate the black background

Questrade is the hardest platform to use for options trading. It really sucks.
