I LIVED IN HARFORD COUNTY AND THE COPS THERE ARE EVIL, ARROGANT, ABUSERS OF THEIR AUTHORITY. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO A THOUROGH INVESTIGATION ON THEIR JUDICIARY SYSYEM. BY THE WAY THE GUY WAS ALREADY RECORDING WHEN THE OFFICER APPROACHED HIM, THAT WAS HIS OWN DAMN FAULT!
