(E) The Quasiturbine (Qurbine) engine is a pistonless rotary engine using a deformable rotor whose blades (sides) are hinged at the vertices. The volume enclosed between the blades of the rotor and the stator casing provide compression and expansion in a fashion similar to the Wankel engine, but the hinging at the edges allows higher volume ratio and different time dependancies, while suppressing the dead time, and this without complex rotor gears.
Note: Some amateur video do not present the QT in its best working condition...

(F) La Quasiturbine (Qurbine) est un moteur rotatif utilisant un rotor déformable dont les pales (côtés) sont à charnière aux extrémités. Le volume confiné entre les pales du rotor et le stator fourni la compression et l'expansion de manière similaire au moteur Wankel, mais la géométrie permet des taux de compression supérieurs et différentes variations temporelles, tout en supprimant les temps morts, et cela sans complexes engrenages de rotor.
