Faith has no place in schools. Schools are about learning about the real world using the results of the scientific method. Faith is anathema to knowledge. Faith is holding a belief not in the absence of knowledge, but in spite of contrary knowledge.

@PeteGonzo918 Actually, most Atheists are former Christians/Jews/Hindus/Islamists/Whatever who learned just a little too much about religion and its history. Atheism is pretty much the opposite of ignorance; while Christianity often personifies it.

Black, white, red, or green, the one thing that organized religion will always have over Atheism is "organization". They get together and sing, socialize, and go through self-affirming rituals. Atheism doesn't have that, and it always leaves us lacking when it comes to reason to "join" atheism....

I love it when children pretend to great intelligence and expansive knowledge. Here's a question for you, son: Where did "God" come from. You'll do yourself a great favor if you google "infinite regression" and then cancel/withdraw/delete this video. You're just embarrassing yourself.

@Nooner27 The "flooders" will tell you that they believe in "adaptation" and that the animals we see today is a result of 4400 years (or whatever their figure is) of adaptation of the animals on the Ark. Hey, I'm just the messenger. I get just as big a belly-laugh out of this stuff as you do.

@lxUn1c0 Perhaps, but the information in the genome does increase by various means. Be sure to google the "nylonase enzyme" for a definite example of new information in the world's genome. HINT: nylon is a very recently developed man-made polymer which does not exist in nature.

The proper answer to the question is "The nylonase enzyme". But, even more fundamentally, I have my doubts that the question that we heard is the same question that Dawkins was asked. IOW, this is a fake.

Beautiful song, but it begs for the addition of a violin and a tumultuous crescendo near the middle, e.g. Smoothie Song by Nickel Creek. It feels like they're holding back to me.
