@ThtOnePinoy Filipinos do have similar genes with east asians, but so do pacific islanders. Filipinos are a lot closer to Guamanians than Japanese, no doubt about that.

Filipinos are Pacific Islanders. Philippines has same religion, most people look like Pacific Islanders, language is more similar to Pacific island language, traditions are similar. I think Filipinos are a mix of Pacific Island, Mexican and Spanish and Chinese.
