While working hand-in-hand with my accounting clients for the last 16+ years, I've seen that many companies drastically under-utilize one of their most powerful business and decision-making tools: their internal accounting system.

I take great pleasure in helping companies around the U.S. address and solve their underlying QuickBooks & Enterprise needs and problems. this channel is dedicated to sharing content that I have written, recorded, and produced with the intent of 1) introducing practical ways to implement job costing for construction, manufacturing, service, and other complex business models and, 2) addressing the common problems faced by anyone who doesn't want to become a career accountant, but who still needs to create a useful QuickBooks or Enterprise-based management accounting and job-costing system for their own company.
