Just becuase enforcing a law is impractical doesn't mean they won't pass it into law. Check out the law regarding cookies that was pasted in the EU. It's complete uneforcable but they passed it anyway.

Youtube has become the Gestapo these days, guilty until proven innocent. I have several other channels that I subscribe to who have moved their videos off youtube. Now they only post “Trailers” for their next episode with link to the site with full video.

The game is not that grindy. It's only the post game where you start unlocking stuff that it becomes grindy. You can beat the game with almost zero grind. Also don't waste time leveling up low level items it's not worth the time and effort.
