@escobedol a glass of milk has about 7g, and a nice juicy steak can have 30+ grams. even a small bowl of cottage cheese will have 10+ grams. if you're eating 4-6 meals a day it's not all that hard :p
but don't forget about your carbs and fats though, you'll need that shit too.
