أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بِسۡم ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ (١)
وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ (٢)
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ (٣)
وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ (٤)
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا (٥)
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرً۬ا (٦)
فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ (٧)
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب (٨)
سُوۡرَةُ الشَّرح
I seek refuge in Allah from Shaitan, the accursed one. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
And removed from thee thy burden
Which weighed down thy back?-
And exalted thy fame?
So, verily, with every hardship, there is ease:
Verily, with every hardship, there is ease.
Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
And strive to please thy Lord.
