About Purdue Veterinary Medicine
Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine, located on the West Lafayette, Indiana campus, is one of only 28 North American colleges of veterinary medicine and the only veterinary college in Indiana. Since the first class of DVMs enrolled in 1959, the school has produced over 2,700 veterinarians and more than 800 veterinary technicians who now practice in all 50 states and fill important roles in private practice, government, industry, and academia.
