hey my mosin can punch clean through a 45lb weight with soft point as well as mild steel core. with enough energy behind a projectile it doesn't matter much what it is made of.

@ArieVisker why ban it? its too big for crime, its not practical for hunting, you have to go through extensive paperwork and money to own it, and they all can be traced to the very few Americans who have them. They are basically just oversize ridiculously expensive hobby target rifles
