About this user
The Pôles Universitaires Français (PUF) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were created by the intergovernmental agreement of October 2004, signed during the visit to Hanoi of Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic.
Effective since the Fall of 2006, both PUF aim at organizing and managing French-Vietnamese university cooperation programs. They are elements of the Vietnam National Universities, and ensure students, academics and industry professionals the respect of quality standards in their programs.
