IT IS THE DRIVER NOT THE CAR.
Contrary to popular use of this term, Ricer does NOT mean Import. A ricer and someone who drives an import are two completely different things. Don't be ignorant and misuse the term "ricer."
Ricers are those that modify their cars to only make them look or sound faster. Ricers often suck at driving as well.
In basic terms a Ricer=Street racer wannabe. Can also be thought of as a Poser.
RICE = Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement
Say no to automatics, and FWD is Wrong Wheel Drive.
