Me playing the fantastic song by Andy McKee. I love this song...I have only just learned it (like an hour ago...) and it's a complicated song, so there is some minor errors here and there. It's really difficult to play this song on the Fender Strat...Try it yourself!....Anyway, hope you like it!

Probably because I am not good enough on the guitar to cover it ;-), I thought it would be interesting to adapt to the piano this masterpiece of fingerstyle guitar. I took a couple of liberties with the original piece, but that's only anecdotal. The guitar version is impressive beacause of its visual aspect. With the piano, the whole thing gets much more static. So I chose to improve the visual aspect, by changing camera angles. Since I obvioulsy have only one cam, I had to shoot three times and spend the night on video editing! And you know what? THAT was the biggest challenge.
When I first tried to play Drifting on the piano, I started by playing the tune without trying any tapping whatsoever. It's only after a couple of hours, when I roughly mastered the melody, that I considered adding it. It took a few tries to start getting the whole thing right, but less long than expected. I messed up about a hundred times, but with a good hour's work per day, I had the song right in 3 or 4 days, I think. I only decided to shoot this after seeing Ahmad's video (thanks mate), but as you can see, the tune poses no more problem. I'm past the technical difficulties and I can now really have fun concentrating on the interpretation, even adding small variations at times.
All it takes is perseverence. Look at young Ahmad.He's got the groove and lots of ideas... Check him out...

Vídeo que mostra como o TIRA-TEIMA da Globo é manipulado de acordo com a vontade da emissora.
A intenção deste vídeo é provar que a Globo manipula o Tira-Teima de acordo com a sua conveniência e não saber se esta impedindo ou não, até porque, após vermos por diversas vezes, ainda assim, não dá pra ter certeza neste lance!
O fato é que, qualquer que seja a conclusão deste lance, o auxiliar está isento de punibilidade.
Já o lance de Dagoberto com o Aloísio, foi bem mais fácil de ver que o mesmo auxiliar se equivocou!

No Primeiro Encontro Estadual de Agentes Públicos em março de 2009, na Assembléia Legislativa de São Paulo, a cantora (?) Vanusa causa incômodo a todos presentes ao cantar o hino nacional brasileiro errando a letra e a melodia... Agora vazou na internet o video e voce confere mais um episodio vergonhoso, tanto na música, quanto na política! Dizem que foi remedio pra labirintite, mas e aí? Era só parar de cantar e pronto, aposto que todos os presentes iriam compreender, mas continuar com o fiasco foi a pior saída. E quem contratou ela pra cantar? Será que ja ta na rua?
Detalhe que a letra estava na sua frente e ela estava usando óculos!!!!
