R.I.S.E. Awards 2010
Every day, employees and physicians across the Provena Health system are guided by their mission to build communities of healing and hope by compassionately responding to human need in the spirit of Jesus Christ. Expanding upon the faith and heritage of its founding religious congregations, Provena Health also commits itself to four values - Respect, Integrity, Stewardship and Excellence (R.I.S.E.) - which flow from its mission and identity as a Catholic healthcare ministry.
Each year, Provena Health employees have an opportunity to nominate fellow employees or physicians whom they feel best live out these values in their daily work as part of the system's annual R.I.S.E. award competition. Four local winners were chosen at each Provena hospital ministry, as well as Provena Life Connections, Provena Medical Group and the Provena Corporate Offices.
