SPC is gaining signatures via an on-line petition which was created to protect the Schaghticoke Indian Reservation from a non-tribal member who has been destroying the natural resources, as well as other disturbing issues, on the reservation since 2004.
This petition will be hand delivered to the Connecticut Governor, Jodi Rell, on January 29, 2009 when a protest is scheduled in Hartford, Ct between the hours of 10am-3pm. Please come and support the Schaghticoke Tribal Nation in preventing further hate crimes, destruction and desecrations on the Schaghticoke Reservation in Kent, Ct.
