One of the nice but unheralded things about the movie version was, that it gave a good number of superb but mature male dancers a fair amount of work. I love the movie version, especially TJ Peaker (Minnie) who was a double of my ex wife, who was also cute and a superb dancer!

I first heard 'Can't Help Singing' performed live many years ago at a BBC Sunday evening broadcast at Aeolion Hall in Bond Street, it was performed superbly by Vanessa Lee (Leigh)......Sarah Fox more than does the song justice, a wonderful performance by a very stunningly attractive lady.

The whole production is sensational.....there must be 60 backing vocalists, the orchestra has to be around 50 strong, superb arrangements, wonderful lead vocalists, you don't get better than that.....John Wilson deserves every possible accolade!
