I'm also not here to argue with other Christians over insignificant denominational issues, so if those are your only intentions for contacting me, then please don't bother. Read the book of Romans (notably Romans 14) to see why I feel this way. I'm here because I enjoy fellowship with my Christian brothers and sisters, and because I've been called as a faithful believer to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world wherever and however I'm able to.
Send a message if you'd like to chat - I'm a big fan of open dialogue - but if you happen to be an angry non-believer, please keep the hostile comments to a minimum. If you don't agree with my faith, that's fine with me... but don't send me hateful messages because you disagree with my God. That's a matter you'll eventually take up with Him personally. I've received hateful, even threatening, messages before and the only response that ever elicits from me is a prayer for them. (And probably a permanent block from me.) So, with all that in mind, if you're just writing to vent your pent-up psychological frustrations on an unsuspecting Christian, please do it elsewhere... not in my inbox.

Demon Hunter, Skillet, Seventh Day Slumber, Disciple, Disturbed, Sevendust, Mudvayne, System of a Down, All That Remains, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Metallica, Dream Theater, and many more. ((Anything that carries a commanding rhythm and doesn't use outright blasphemy for song lyrics appeals to me.)) Many other things in-between; Gospel, contemporary Christian, classical, flamenco, new age, reggae, blues, jazz, and so on. If it's played with soul, then it really piques my interest.
Books:
#1: The 66 books of the Holy Bible. #2-Infinity: Fiction -- Anything by C.S. Lewis, Russell Banks, Kurt Vonnegut, Ray Bradbury, Eiji Yoshikawa, Stephen King... though not necessarily in that order. Theological non-fiction -- J.P. Moreland, Norman Geisler, Ravi Zacharias, William Lane Craig, John MacArthur, Lee Strobel. Historical non-fiction -- Tertullian, Justin Martyr, Tacitus, Origen, Flavius Josephus. Philosophical non-fiction -- Anything by the Dalai Lama and Thich Nhat Hanh are interesting to read from a Christian perspective, and highly recommended to everyone with a working brain and a human heart. Too many notable authors to spend any real time listing entirely... if they're interesting and able to keep me turning the page, then I'm probably a fan of them.
