I submit you that the program outlined by Lenin and the Bolsheviks holds essentially true. It is not a blueprint, but the key concepts and understanding are all elucidated as nowhere else.

Why make arguments between Stalin vs. Trotsky? Personally, in the historical context, I think Trotsky was right in his dissent, but in the 21st Century it doesn't make a difference. It's an entirely different context, we shouldn't be relying on 19th Century ideologies to make our decisions. Marxism should be an evolving science, not a fundamentalist religion.
