how to defeat somebody with Armityle:

Magic Cylinder,Mirror Force,Spellbinding Circle,Snatch Steal(he will have 10000 attack during opponent's turn :D),or just simply attack him because he has 0 ATK during your turn.

and there are tons more cards that can get rid of him,since he isn't like Egypt...

@cheesepeetza since Sky Rail is pretty much Pumpkin Hill expect that it's day so it's without ghosts or any other scary effects i would say they are rails for the Pumpkin Train,they are about 3 or 4 in Pumpkin Hill
