Prior From Warning, an alternative rock, pop punk and experimental jam band formed during the band members' freshmen years in high school. Currrent members are Yanna Tengco (lead guitar), Joanna Castañeda (rhythm guitar), Rissa Oballo (bass guitar), Zhar Altea (keyboard), and Angela Bautista (drums), all of whom who do back-up vocals.
It was initially formed for a performance during the school fair and was labeled the "My Immortal band" because it was the song that they were going to perform. Drummer Angela Bautista was recruited at the last minute since their first one quit and joined another band. Rissa Oballo was also recruited with short notice for keyboard since Neala Medina (who became their rhythm guitarist) couldn't do "My Immortal" on the keyboard. Later named "Last Minute", being named and recruited most of its members at the last minute. It was later dropped when the emcee said that there is already an existing band named "Last Minute".
After the fair, Yanna, Rissa and Angela wanted to pursue the band. Deciding it was time to give the band an official name, they came up Prior From Warning because it had a feel to it and no one was using it. "Prior From Warning" was bassist Rissa Oballo's banned username in YouTube.
Prior From Warning, with its 3 founding members, recruited Zhar Altea (Angela's classmate) and took the place of Rissa Oballo who is now learning the bass to fill in for the vacated bass guitars. Later they got Joanna Castañeda, Rissa's busmate for rhythm guitar.
The band is currently covering songs from other artists and in the process of making their own songs and hopefully, creating a new sound. Also, they are apparently struggling to find a vocalist.
