About My Hellenic Life

This channel is centered around the ancient Hellenic religion, The Greek Gods, the teachings of that time, stories, and bringing glory and honor to the Gods of Olympus. I also talk about Witchcraft and Magick, as I love the practice. I hope this channel will serve as a service to the Gods and a path to enlightenment for those who feel the calling of the Gods. My beliefs and practices extend from traditional to modern Hellenic Polytheism.

I have my own Temple I founded on July 8th, 2010 called Temple Of The Greek Gods. We are a legally established Temple and officially recognized, receiving incorporation into the state of North Carolina on April 27th, 2011.

I believe in the Gods as literal and spiritual beings, all their own individuals, having control over our world and universe, maintaining order and justice, and participating in the lives of humans and the functions of nature. My spiritual parents as well as my main patron Gods are Apollo and Aphrodite.

I have Greek heritage by all accounts, perhaps Ancient Greek. My dad was adopted into the Aldridge Family, but he is actually a Van Zant (RIP Dad). The Van Zants came from the island of Zante, Greece, and later spread to the Dutch lands. I am happily married to Anastasia, aka BlueFireWitch, and we have a beautiful son named Gryphon Maximus Aldridge.

I am a published writer and poet. My writings are mostly always about my spirituality.
