@tacomadc Sorry you're pretty much wrong. They were certainly not an insta hit. I can recall in Northern Calif. how they were despised for quite some time until acceptance took over. The band themselves even refers to this when asked about it.

My 1st concert ever .....1978 Oakland Coliseum .....Sammy Hagar's Red Tour ........I was 16 years old ......will never forget it.

Funny ....I bet 100% of anyone in China who hear you play this has never heard of Ocean Blue. You could claim it for yourself over there and probably never be called out on it. Good job though....your lead guitarist especially played it well.

Really good band and I dug them the minute they came out. Unfortunately for them they really had no stage presence as can be seen from these vids and that is what kept them from greater heights IMO.

Ah yes ....the US Festivel. Drove down from SF in the middle of the night .....20 years old with an absolute smokin' 38 married hottie from Honduras at my side. Arrived in San Bernadino and spent the next three days in 115 degree bliss. Will never forget that magical weekend.
