Cosmoline is an oil that they slather all over guns when ya buy em. I guess you're supposed to clean it off before you shoot it because it fouls the barrel something awful. I learned that lesson the hard way, but luckily it was on a cheapo .22 =P.

@cri55ie1 SMG stands for sub-machine gun. An SMG is essentially an automatic rifle with a (usually) shorter barrel, chambered for a pistol round, most commonly 9 x 19mm Parabellum or .45 ACP.

@TheSUBGAMER IMO they take the same amount of skill. For every 'spray and pray' machine gunner, there is the sniper who only takes shots at stationary targets. How freaking hard is it to make a shot when your scope doesnt move and your target is standing their for you to take your time?

@GrenadeCatcher Here here =(. I miss running around blowing peoples' heads off with my NS2000, though slugs were a tad overpowered. They suck in BF3 though.

What I do is just simple 180 loops, coming down at the ground to fire rockets at tanks / infantry. start to pull up when you have about 3 left, continue flying up at 45 degrees for 4-5 seconds so you have plenty of room to finish the loop and bomb the ground. By far my favorite tactic to shake...

@DoOmY81 The sound for this game is actually phenomenal. You'd be surprised what some of these guns actually sound like. More pop and less crack. Though the shotguns do sound very cheesy.
