There's nothing wrong that happened this day. It was busy - that's it! If we were all put under the microscope in any random flight we'd all find a bunch of errors. The idea is to minimize them. It's impossible to eliminate them. We are human.

cprich22: I bet most, if not all, were tied down. I can see tie-down ropes still attached to several of the aircraft which flipped in the video. If a house can have it's roof ripped off in a strong wind, an aircraft in a field doesn't have a chance - no matter how well it's tied down.
